These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of websites, products, and services provided by Brotherhood Fitness Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using our websites, communities, software platforms, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Membership & Services

Gym Exit™ is an educational community providing training, resources, coaching calls, and related materials designed to help fitness professionals build online coaching businesses.

Easy Launch™ is a software platform operated by Brotherhood Fitness Ltd which provides CRM tools, funnels, automations, messaging infrastructure, and related systems to support online coaching businesses.

Access to certain services may require a valid subscription.

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually through Stripe or another approved payment processor.

You must maintain an active subscription to retain access to paid services.

2. Refund Policy

All payments made to Brotherhood Fitness Ltd for subscriptions, software access, or digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Gym Exit™ memberships

• Easy Launch™ subscriptions

• usage-based service fees

• add-ons or upgrades

We do not provide refunds for:

• non-usage of services

• change of business circumstances

• accidental renewals or mistaken purchases

• cancellation after a payment has been processed

3. Use of Content

All training materials, templates, videos, documentation, and intellectual property provided by Brotherhood Fitness Ltd remain our exclusive property.

You may not:

• copy

• reproduce

• distribute

• resell

• publicly share

any content without written permission.

All materials are licensed for personal business use only.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe or authorised payment processors.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We do not offer pause or hold options for subscriptions.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services.

5. Usage Fees (Easy Launch™)

Easy Launch™ integrates with external infrastructure providers that charge usage-based fees.

These may include services such as:

• SMS messaging

• email delivery

• phone calls

• AI processing

• automation workflow executions

Usage fees are billed in arrears based on actual platform usage and may be charged in $10 increments.

Full pricing and rates are published in the Usage Rates policy.

Rates may change if underlying provider costs change.

6. Account & Data Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are also responsible for exporting and backing up any data stored within the platform.

Brotherhood Fitness Ltd is not liable for:

• data loss caused by failed payments, account suspension, or account cancellation

• business interruption or loss of profits

• third-party provider outages or infrastructure failures

Users may store their own customer data within Easy Launch™.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you collect or process using the platform complies with applicable privacy laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, abusive, or unethical activities including but not limited to:

• sending spam or unsolicited communications

• hosting or distributing harmful, illegal, or offensive content

• attempting to interfere with or reverse engineer the platform

• violating applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with external service providers including but not limited to:

• GoHighLevel

• LeadConnector

• Twilio

• OpenAI

• Stripe

• Google Cloud

• Meta Platforms

We are not responsible for:

• outages

• pricing changes

• service interruptions

• data handling by these third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brotherhood Fitness Ltd shall not be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• loss of revenue, profits, or opportunities

• data loss or service interruptions

Use of our products and services is at your own risk.

Results from training or software usage will vary depending on individual effort, execution, and market conditions.

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

Brotherhood Fitness Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be available at:

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
